feat: re-integrate Java download UI into new component architecture
- Add Java download functionality to settings store
- Add JavaDownloadInfo type definition
- Add Download Java button and modal to SettingsView
- Support JRE/JDK selection with version picker
- Maintain integration with Adoptium API backend
